OBJECTIVE 

I'm looking for an position in geographic information systems. I seek an energizing and stimulating GIS job that will lead to an exciting and rewarding career. I have extensive experience using computers and technology, and learn very quickly, requiring less training then my peers. I can bring a high technology point of view to the workplace and stay calm under pressure. Since February 2010, I have been activated for Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. I maintain my equipment, weapons, and overall readiness at all times. As a result, I've become an excellent team-player and dependable.

Operates all wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways for support of Army or Joint-service operations. Operates vehicle mounted, automated information, communication, and navigation systems. Manages loading, unloading, and the safety of personnel being transported, as well as overseeing and checking proper loading and unloading of cargo on vehicles and trailers.

GIS Intern
Using deed records and plats (surveyors' drawings), was responsible for drawing minor subdivisions into the county's geodatabase. Extensively utilized COGO (Coordinate Geometry) tools in ESRI's ArcGIS package (version 9.3.1) to carefully render the metes and bounds surveyed and certified by local surveys, some dating back over two decades. After demonstrating accuracy in COGO work, moved on to integrating edits in a versioned topology bound geodatabase.
